The miniature home buyer is a member of the Greek Sorority, Alpha Kappa Alpha, Inc.

She wanted a miniature home that paid tribute to her sorority; the home to be completely decorated in the colors pink and green in which her sorority is known.

The construction of this home began in January 2010, completed in February 2010.
