Le Reve Estates is a project I began in 2002. The basic shell kit (3200 by Real Good Toys) was given to me as a birthday gift. I decided this would be my dream home in miniature.

During Phase I, I constructed the shell, determined the placement of the interior walls, and wired the estate for electricity.

The overall miniature estate will be seven feet long and will include a garage, a sewing room, an entertainment room (complete with a pool table and bar), a home office, and a master suite. The grounds will include a pool, an outdoor sauna, and perhaps a basketball court.

In real life, this home would be equivalent to somewhere close to 7,000 square-living feet!
